Application - Instructions
1. Please print and then complete the application.
2. Read all the rules and regulations in the application.
3. Read the Ponyland Rules.
4. Sign the printed application and bring or mail it to Ponyland. Do not submit an application by email. Since it comes without a signature, I cannot accept it.
5. Be sure to print and complete the Parent Information form, Page 3 of the application. It must accompany the Volunteer's information pages.
